For more than 50 years, ESI has discovered solutions to the most complex building systems throughout the Northeast. From pre-construction to LEED engineering and design, to final installation and preventative maintenance, ESI is your dedicated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection partner for all of your building needs.
As a marketing intern at ESI, my responsibilities revolved around managing all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Each week, the marketing team and I would collaborate to create engaging content for each week. Our primary marketing strategies involved recruiting engineers from vocational schools in the New England Area. Efforts were recognized through social posts, print media and appearances at career fairs.

As a marketing intern, I have helped manage our social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

The marketing team and I have come up with a key for social media in terms of what we should be posting weekly and staying organized through a social media calendar that we keep updated

In addition, I have been actively learning about creating a consistent brand image -- I have been doing this through the last several social media posts through colors, fonts and formatting
Talent Recruitment:

One of the main goals that we have as a marketing team would be to recruit young engineers fresh out of vocational school; there are constant efforts going towards career/job fair strategies to get people at the table or just to generally recognize ESI

Since being more frequent at these events, attention has been drawn to brochure/tri-folds, retractable banners, branded tablecloths, and handouts for the tables
